RASCI and SkillEd India (a JV between Manav Rachna Vidyantariksha and Kunskapsskolan Education Sweden) have joined hands to promote digital learning for the Retail Sector in India.
SkillEd India is a knowledge partner of National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC), and Retailers’ Association Skill Council of India (RASCI).
RASCI-SkillEd India digital learning portal & Learning Management System (LMS) was conceptualized with the mission to provide standardized, quality training in digital mode to acquire learning and certifications, including NSQF aligned qualifications. The courses are structured on the Swedish KED Learning Methodology, the portal offers a variety of QP-NOS aligned courses to meet the current & future e-skilling, upskilling & re-skilling requirements of individuals, students, existing/self-employed workforce and trainers enrolled across government, corporate & self-paid skilling/learning programs.
The RASCI - KEDSkills LMS portal is a secured robust, device-agnostic, cloud-based platform equipped with features like ease of use, seamless integration with other platforms, content management, support for mobile learning, support for blended learning, AI-enabled online assessment and testing, reporting & tracking, customization & branding of partner organizations.
A unique key feature of this portal is that it offers peer to peer learning where learners, trainees & professionals can compare their progress with fellow learners in their group. Their learning progress will also be visible to their teachers and vocational trainers.
The RASCI-SkillEd learning portal offers a variety of courses aligned to the occupational standards for various job roles of the retail sector with or without assessment leading to certification. Few of these courses are listed below:
The course fee applicable for all job roles is Rs. 500 + applicable taxes only inclusive of content & assessment per candidate.
All courses are NSQF norms compliant and are designed, developed and validated in association with RASCI and NSDC.
