Since 2017, RASCI institutionalized “RASCI - TRRAIN Skill Awards” to recognize Industry efforts towards Skill India Mission

Apollo Pharmacies Limited won CHAIR Retailer (Contracted Highest Apprentices In Retail) award for engaging the highest no .of Apprentices across the Retail Sector for FY’21-22.

Reliance Retail Limited won PILOT Retailer (Promoting Innovation Lead Over Tradition) for nurturing Apprentices for Supervisory Cadre under “Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program (AEDP)

Optival Health Solutions Private Limited (MedPlus) won ACE Retailer (Apprentice Converted Employees) award for nurturing & regularizing Apprentices to wage employment in FY’2021-22

They also won STAR Retailer (Successfully Testing Apprentices in Retail award for conducting and completing highest number of Apprentice Assessments across Retail Sector in FY’ 2021-22

To celebrate World Youth Skills Day, RASCI, along with Industry partners participated in a virtual session on retail, organized by Delhi Skills and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) & Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). This event involved speakers with diverse backgrounds to share their views on AEDP in Retail and witnessed participation from youth, faculties and Principals.
